Migrating a PWA site to a new URL with diffrent PWA Path (Project Server 2013)

I'm testing migration of PWA Site with root managed path (/) to a new URL with a new manged path i.e. (/pwa2) . i migrated and PWA and project Center works fine expect for projects Sites (it still uses root refence) i used "Bulk Update Connected SharePoint Sites" to update teh patch with no result?!
