Access Denied after set user in project group using project permission mode

Hi guys, how are you?

My problem is that, my PWA (SP 2016 On Premisse) are using Project Server Mode to manage access to users and when I set a user to one specifc group, like manager group or portfolio group, this user can not access the main web site and another project sites.
