No more network access to my Windows server

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my Windows Server 2012 R2. I tried to connect a Hyper-V Machine to the network to get external access. Unfortunately, something went wrong and I spent the whole morning trying to reset what I've done.
I can't get direct access because this is not a home server. I have a remote console to get access to the cmd console of the server, but not graphical interface.

The problem:
I can't connect to the server anymore.

What I did up to now:
- trying to remove the virtual network adapter
- trying to reset the hardware network adapter
- tried to reset to reset the tcp/ip with winsock reset (catalog)

Some side information:

>ipconfig /all

Hopefully someone can help me. I can provide any information if there is needed more.
