Display name field is disabled in Add user Project server 2013

Hi,

Display name and Email Address fields are disabled when we try to add user in project server 2013.

we are using Project Server SPproject Permission mode,(Changed from Sharepoint Permission mode which was default, using powershel command "Set-SPPRojectPermissionMode –Url http://AppServer/pwa -AdministratorAccount contoso\John.Woods -Mode ProjectServer"

and Authentication is FBA
