Resource Plans

Hi,

Can you have more than one owner of a Resource Plan?

i.e - nominated permissions for other individuals to be able to add resources/amend hours.

I have tried giving additional project permissions to another resource but they can't Build Team in a Resource Plan.

Any ideas?
