Project Site Library Permissions

Hi,

Is there any way of applying usual SharePoint permissions against individual folders/libraries in a project's Project Site?

We want to assign read/write permissions to certain resources for certain folders but have other folders/areas not-accessible.  Currently you can only provide read/write access to the Project Site as a whole.
