Im experiencing a weird problem with Project Server 2013, I've restored the content from PRD to DEV following the offical documentation, I've used a diferente URL, and when I give permissions for new users and not work, the message is "This site wasn't shared with you", they can login but the menu at the left does not appear, old users work normally, and other links doesn't work too, like "/Projects.aspx".
