Cannot assign Admin rights

Hi all

I am the admin on our Project Server online instance and up until recently could assign ay rights I needed to to particular users.

However for the past 2 weeks, I have had to try and assign admin rights to a new admin bod and the option is greyed out in the manage users option.

Any ideas?
