Hello,
I am an administrator for our Project Server 2010 instance. In PWA from the "Tasks" link, the options to "Create a New Task and Add yourself to a Task" are disabled. I have all permissions, which includes "New Task Assignment" that controls this feature. There aren't any permissions disabled for the Project Web App Permissions. Also, I have been added to a team as a resource and have tasks assigned to me. I see my assigned tasks in the task center and selected a task before selecting "Insert Row". Is there something in SharePoint Central Administration that needs to be activated or a step missed?
